Chris practises in various areas of civil law, including public/administrative law, judicial review and regulatory matters.

He passed the UK Bar Transfer Test in 2020 and was called to the NSW Bar in 2022. Based in Sydney, Chris is also an interstate member of the Victorian Bar and appears in matters throughout Australia. He welcomes briefs including:

·       Oral advocacy in courts and tribunals

·       Preparation of legal documents and submissions

·       Written advices

Prior to being called to the Bar, Chris was a solicitor for nearly a decade. He worked at Victoria Legal Aid and the Federal Court of Australia, oversaw Craddock Murray Neumann’s judicial review practice representing asylum seekers detained on Nauru, and also worked at London firm Hickman and Rose.

Chris has particular expertise in migration matters challenging visa-related decisions.
